Lesley and I bought The Bell in 1998, and have lived in the house, which is an early 19th Century Coaching Inn since then. As proprietors we are delighted to welcome tenters and caravanners throughout the season, from 1st April until October.
Campers from accross the UK and abroad arrive each year to take in the local sights and to participate in festivals and activities such as The Scarecrow Festival in Urchfont, the Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race, the carnivals of Pewsey and Devizes and to go hunting for the infamous Wiltshire crop circles which mysteriously appear each summer.
